I hereby accept the following Rules Concerning the Privacy Policy for Mid-Career Recruiting by Fast Retailing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter ¡ÈFR¡É) and its affiliates (hereinafter the ¡ÈRules¡É), and supply and transmit (hereinafter ¡Èregister¡É) my personal information.

1.Definitions
­¡¡ÈPersonal information¡É shall mean information relating to each individual which enables the identification of the concerned individual by means of a name, a date of birth or other descriptions included therein, a number assigned to the individual, a symbol, other signs, an image or a voice (including information that does not allow the identification of the concerned individual by itself, but enables such identification through its comparison with other information which is easy).
­¢¡ÈRegistrants¡É shall mean individuals who have accepted the Rules and who have registered their personal information using a registration form provided at this website (hereinafter the ¡ÈRegistration Form¡É).

2.Management of Personal Information
FR shall strictly manage the personal information of registrants within a rational scope in order to prevent the disclosure and leakage thereof without the advance approval of the registrants. FR shall limit access to registrants¡Ç personal information to individuals whom it recognizes as having a need to do so in the course of their work.

3.Purpose for Collecting Personal Information
FR shall collect personal information within a scope necessary for recruiting regular and other employees who work at FR only.

4.Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
­¡FR shall not provide the registrants¡Ç personal information to any third party without the advance approval of the registrants, except in the following cases:
¡¦The provision of such information is required by law, a regulation, an order issued by a court of justice or an administrative body and the like
¡¦The provision of such information is necessary for protecting life, health or property and the approval of the registrant is difficult to obtain
¡¦The provision of such information is vital for improving public hygiene and the approval of the registrant is difficult to obtain
¡¦The handing of personal information is outsourced in whole or in part to third parties within the scope necessary for achieving the purpose of use of such information (FR shall seek to prevent the leakage, loss and falsification of personal information by taking actions, including the conclusion of an agreement on the handling thereof, and provide supervision, guidance and the like to outsourcees as the occasion demands, in addition to exercising caution in the selection of the outsourcees.)
­¢FR, its subsidiaries and affiliates operate as one body. For that reason, companies belonging to a corporate group headed by FR (hereinafter ¡ÈFR Group companies¡É) may use the personal information of registrants jointly with other FR Group companies within the scope necessary for achieving the purpose of using such information stated in the Rules.
In such cases, FR shall responsibly manage personal information used jointly under the supervision of its personal information manager.

5.Correction, Disclosure and Deletion of Personal Information
­¡FR shall respond to reasonable requests from registrants for correcting, disclosing or deleting their personal information when such requests are made.
­¢FR recommends that applicants upload electronic data for their curriculum vitae and the like to its system or send such data in the form of a file attached to an email in connection with the submission thereof. FR immediately digitizes original curriculum vitae and other documents sent in paper form, and will dispose of them using an appropriate method in cases where it decides against registration. For that reason, FR does not return originals to registrants.
